2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 506 of 2024, instituted for the offences punishable under Section 309(6) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and later on Section 317(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 was added.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that some unknown miscreants allegedly robbed informant's pick-up vehicle and mobile phone.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. No incriminating material have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The looted pick-up vehicle was recovered from an open place on the basis of statement made by co-accused, namely, Milan Kumar.

5. In Cr. Misc. No. 36010 of 2025, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner has transpired in this case on the basis of self-confession made before the police in another case and the same has got no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that no any looted article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2024 and has got one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail.

6. In Cr. Misc. No. 37147 of 2025, learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner has transpired in this case on the basis of confessional statement made by co-accused person and

It is further submitted that no any looted article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2024 and has got one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail.

7. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and taking into account the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

9. Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 506 of 2024.
