At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that he has filed an affidavit with a prayer to add the alias name of the petitioner Vikky Kumar as 'Vicky Kumar' of Cr. Misc. No. 49711 of 2021 and similarly in the name of deponent Prakash, the letter 'q' has wrongly been inserted. He therefore, seeks permission to add the alias name of the petitioner and correct the name of the deponent in Cr. Misc. No. 49711 of 2021. In view of aforesaid submission, prayer is allowed. The learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary corrections, as aforesaid.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 110 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 36 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, five named accused persons assaulted the informant. The allegation against the petitioner Vicky Kumar is that he assaulted the wife of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that six months prior to lodging the FIR, the informant Dharmendra Singh had misbehaved with petitioner Rakhi Kumari and in this respect petitioner Meena Devi who is mother of the petitioner Rakhi Kumari has lodged a case against the informant side. The injury report has also been filed on affidavit which

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., IV, Patna City in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 110 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
