Taking into consideration that petitioner and one coaccused, Umesh Rai were caught and the alleged recovery was made from a vehicle and having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Umesh Rai has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sahebganj P.S.
