The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with C.R. Case No.712 of 2010 (T.R. No.3121 of 2012) in which cognizance has been taken for the offence punishable under section 498A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been contended that there is no truth behind the allegation made in the complaint case. The petitioner who is husband of the complainant is deaf and dumb and for this reason the complainant disliked to live with him. She out of her own sweet will has deserted her matrimonial home.
