The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and except one mobile, nothing incriminating article is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 106 of 2015 (G.R. No. 1489 of 2015) corresponding to U.P.A. case No. 93 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Jamui.
