The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 124/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/38(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering the fact that petitioner is a kidney patient and needs immediate kidney transplant, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd
