The petitioners have approached this Court for bail in Gogri (Paura) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2014 registered under section 307 read with other sections of the Penal Code in the light of the observation made in the order dated 02.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11968 of 2015 (Annexure-1) when, while rejecting the prayer, he was granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail after 05 months. The allegation is general and omnibus against all the named accused(s).

It is stated that another co-accused Dabloo Yadav who similarly constituted the group which became offensive, has since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53442 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 04.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42278 of 2015. It is stated that the petitioners are in custody since 08.01.2015. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ankur Kumar Gupta, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria in Gogri (Paura) P.S. Case No. 157 of 2014 on conditions that one of the bailors shall be their own/close family members. In the event of framing of charge, the petitioners shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in appearance on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall cancel their bail bonds. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) HR/- U T
