JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-02-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of killing the sister of the informant after five years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand. It is alleged against the petitioner that he also participated in disposal of the dead body.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a co-villager of the husband of the victim, hence he has been roped in the present case. Moreover, the accusation against the petitioner is only to the extent of Section 201 IPC. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8643 of 2016 (2) dt.23-02-2016 2/2 petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 96 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition.
