2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"That, this is an application on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of appropriate writ(s)/order (s)/ direction (s) for consider the case of the petitioner and issue an appropriate direction to the Respondents for appointment of petitioner on compassionate ground as per the Government Rule."

3. Short question for consideration in the present case is that petitioner has not enclosed survivor certificate to demonstrate that he is the grand son of late Mannu Paswan or

4. The State respondent could not consider the grievance of the petitioner on the score that the petitioner has failed to produce survivor certificate and so also to establish that he is the real grand son of late Mannu Paswan. In this regard, learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out the survivor certificate dated 23.06.2018 produced along with the writ petition.

5. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to examine whether the relationship of the employee Chaukidar, Late Mannu Paswan with the petitioner is real or not. If the petitioner is real grand son of Late Mannu Paswan, in that event, necessary action shall be taken in appointing the petitioner on compassionate ground in terms of the scheme, if he is otherwise eligible. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

6. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of.
