2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Cod and sections 8/12 of the POCSO.
3. Allegation against this petitioner is of abducting the minor girl of the informant for illicit purpose.
4. It is submitted that victim has denied the prosecution case in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. It is further submitted that there was a love affair between petitioner and the victim and both of them solemnized marriage and they are living as wife and husband. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

6. Considering the statement of victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Additional District Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Nawada in connection with Nawada (Nagar) P.S. case no 722 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. One of the bailor would be the victim.
