JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report and it is alleged that FIR named accused Gholtu Sah having entered the house of the informant, wrapped 'Saree' in the neck of the informant's younger brother-in-law and hanged him. Similar allegation has been levelled by the informant against the petitioner. Moreover, it is also alleged that petitioner took away ornaments and cash from the house of the informant. Petitioner being lady is languishing in jail custody since 31.07.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with
