JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 19-12-2018 This civil review application seeks a review of the order dated 15.05.2018 passed in L.P.A. No. 1032 of 2015 whereby the Letters Patent Appeal was dismissed, inter alia, on ground that other Letters Patent Appeal bearing L.P.A. No. 987 of 2015, which questioned the order of the learned Single Judge, had earlier been dismissed by the Bench as being barred by limitation.

Having considered the submissions of learned counsel, we are not persuaded to interfere with the order under review. The petitioner has his remedy available to question the order of this court before appropriate forum and if so advised, he can take recourse thereto.

With the observation above, the civil review application disposed of.
