Petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 476 of 2019 arising out of Arwal P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a), 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case total 7.200 liters of foreign liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.4.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35494 of 2019(2) dt.30-05-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jehanabad, in connection with Excise Case No. 476 of 2019 arising out of Arwal P.S.
