Petitioner was caught on the spot and stolen articles were\ recovered from his conscious possession.

Hence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case no. 289/2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
