Vide Order No. 3 dated 03.04.2025, it transpires to this Court that on the said date also, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls, and as a matter of last indulgence, the case was adjourned with a specific direction that if no one appears on the next appointed date, appropriate order shall be passed. Today also, despite repeated calls, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
