JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 23-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 205 of 2013 registered under Sections 364, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the F.I.R. itself, only suspicion has been raised against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State however submits that in paragraph 22 and 33 of the case diary, there is no evidence except suspicion has been recorded against the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 205 of 2013.
