JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-09-2021 The instant case has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to grant PDS license in favour of the petitioner in place of the private respondent no. 6, pertaining to Panchayat-

Patna High Court CWJC No.314 of 2021(2) dt.08-09-2021 2/2 Muriyar, Block-Akodhigola, Division-Dihri, District-Rohtas. At the outset, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Divisional Commissioner, Rohtas by filing appropriate appeal/ representation under Rule 32(vi) of the Bihar Targeted PDS (Control) Order, 2016.

The learned counsel for the respondent-State Shri Upendra Pratap Singh, AC to SC-4 has got no objection. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Divisional Commissioner, Rohtas by filing appropriate appeal/representation for redressal of her aforesaid grievances and in case such an appeal/representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, after hearing all the affected parties, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
