This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 366A/34 of the Penal Code.

The statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code though she has stated about the kidnapping by force, but, she also stated that the petitioner did not do any wrong thing. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of love affairs and the petitioner is in jail since 23.09.2015.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ghakai P.S. Case No. 51 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Lalan Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui. (Gopal Prasad, J) SA/- U √ T √
