Supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of petitioner on the pretext that the certificate so granted under para-2 of the petition happens to be incorrect in the background of the fact that petitioner has at an earlier occasion moved before this Court under Cr. Misc. No.46814 of 2014 which was rejected. It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that the case of the petitioner stood on similar footing than that of Bhushan Yadav who had already been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No.29486 of 2015. Gone through the case diary and there happens to be substance in the submission made on behalf of petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53824 of 2015 (3) dt.30-01-2016 Accordingly, Ranjeet Yadav @ Bambam Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Sessions Trial No.106 of 2015 arising out of Bithan P.S.
