JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners happen to be parents-in-law of the deceased and according to the first information report itself, it was husband of the deceased, who made illegal demand of motorcycle. Moreover, it is obvious from the first information report itself, that deceased was got treated in hospital and information regarding her death was given to the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
