JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2020 The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 17-09-2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 24026 of 2020, whereby the prayer for bail of petitioner was allowed. It is submitted that due to inadvertence, in paragraph no. 1 and prayer portion of the bail petition, instead of "Allauli P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019", Allauli P.S. Case No. 275 of 2019 was typed and as such, same error has occurred in order dated 17-09-2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 24026 of 2020. Accordingly, it has been prayed to modify the order dated 17-09-2020 in Cr.Misc. No. 24026 of 2020 to the extent that instead of Allauli P.S. Case No. 275 of 2019, it may be read as Allauli P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019.

Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the modification petition is allowed and order dated 17-09-2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 24026 of 2020 is modified to the extent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31213 of 2020(2) dt.05-12-2020 2/2 that instead of Allauli P.S. Case No. 275 of 2019, it may be read as Allauli P.S. Case No. 224 of 2019.
