JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 30 litres country made liquor and 45 litres country made liquor was recovered from the houses of respective petitioners for which petitioners are languishing in jail custody since 24.09.2015. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
