A case of mismatch of a retired Additional District and Sessions Judge on the TDS certificate has led to the institution of the case but as informed by Mr. S.D. Sanjay and not disputed by Mr. Chiranjiva Ranjan that during the pendency of the matter, the issue has been resolved.

While making such submission, an affidavit is being filed, let it be taken on record.

In such view of the matter, we dispose of this writ petition.
