The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 335/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376/354(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the specific allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. It is accordingly rejected.

The trial Court may, however, expedite the trial after examining the witnesses on day-to-day basis so as to conclude positively by the 30th June, 2020.
