Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 75 of 2019 giving rise to Special Case No. 105/19 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 353, 224, 225, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Referring to prosecution case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that the petitioner alongwith his family members was indulged in the trade of liquor and from the house of the petitioner 10.860 liters english wine has been recovered.

The family members of the petitioner misbehaved and

The petitioner is in custody since 3.4.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge Excise, Kishanganj, in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 75 of 2019, Special Case No. 105 of 2019. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/Choudhary U T
