JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 10-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned AAG 15 for the State and Mr. Ajay Behari Sinha, learned counsel for the Lalit Narayan Mithila University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. Pursuant to the last order, supplementary show cause has been filed by the Registrar of the University in which it has been stated that through RTGS a sum of Rs. 63,10,967/- has been

Patna High Court MJC No.1884 of 2018 dt.10-04-2019 2/3 transferred into the account of the College for being paid to the petitioner after necessary deductions. Copies of the relevant communications have also been annexed.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the Court finds that the order of the Court dated 14.12.2017/20.12.2017 passed in CWJC No. 20099 of 2016 has been complied with.

4. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off. However, the opposite party no. 4, i.e., the principal of the College in question shall ensure that the amount due of the petitioner is credited into his account, if already not done, latest within 10 days from the date of production of a copy of this order before him. Further, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation with regard to any discrepancy or further claim which may still be pending and to which he is legally entitled, before the Registrar of the University. If the same is done within four weeks from today, the Registrar shall consider the same and after verification from the records pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation. If anything is required to be paid to the petitioner in terms of the order to be passed by the Registrar, the same shall also be paid to the petitioner within four weeks of the passing of the order.

5. Learned counsel for the State also fairly stated that as per the earlier commitment, the amount shall be reimbursed to the University.
