ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-09-2015 The Petitioner, who is the Informant, seeks revision of the order dated 16.5.2013, by which the Juvenile Justice Board, Begusarai in Barauni (Chakia P.O.) P.S. case No.443 of 2012 (G.R. No.406 of 2012) declared the Opposite Party No.2 a juvenile, which was affirmed by order dated 19.4.2014 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Begusarai in Criminal Appeal No.52 of 2013. Having gone through the impugned orders both of the Juvenile Justice Board as well as the Revisional Court, I find no merit in the present application. The same is dismissed.
