The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 324/307/341/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2019. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Allegation is that petitioner gave two dagger blow to the informant causing injury at the scapula and right side lumber region. The co-accused has given one dagger blow. Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone by the petitioner and completion of

No.33909 of 2020(3) dt.12-02-2021 2/2 investigation as well as the fact that there is no material to substantiate that petitioner is going to tamper with the evidence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Courtbelow where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.498 of 2019, arising out of Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.179 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
