1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the provisional seniority list dated 07.01.2019 published by the respondents.
(ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to publish a fresh seniority list giving seniority to the petitioners according to the marks obtained by them in the selection process."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners
Patna High Court CWJC No.14525 of 2021(2) dt.04-01-2024 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Commandant, BMP-5, Bihar, Patna i.e. the respondent no.05 for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioner, before the Commandant, BMP-5, Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
