JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-02-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant was assaulted by the miscreants and his `48,000/- and gold chain were snatched. Initially, the FIR was lodged against unknown, subsequently the petitioners were added as accused in the FIR as their name sprang up on the confession of Sudhakar Kumar Singh. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that nothing has been recovered from the petitioners. Moreover, informant has received only two incise injuries simple in nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6685 of 2016 (2) dt.12-02-2016 2/2 The aforesaid facts may constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No, 171 of 2015 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
