Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for quashing of letter dated 21.09.2020 (Annexure-11). Counsel submits that the respondents have filed an affidavit in another writ petition filed by the same petitioner bearing C.W.J.C. No. 9840 of 2018 and in the said affidavit, they have withdrawn the letter which is challenged in this writ

Patna High Court CWJC No. 14743 of 2021(3) dt.08-02-2023 2/2 petition. As such, according to the petitioner, there is no hurdle in payment of the family pension to the petitioner. In this view of the matter, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application.

State has no objection on the same.

In this view of the matter, the writ application stands disposed off as not pressed.
