2. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that almost all the retiral dues of
Patna High Court CWJC No.12180 of 2018(8) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 the petitioner has been paid and certain dues are still under process.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the appropriate authority. The concerned authority having jurisdiction, must ensure payment of remaining amount of retiral dues on any of the head as claimed by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
