The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that there is a case and counter case in which members of both the sides sustained injuries. The injuries sustained by the members of the prosecution party are all simple in nature. It is further contended that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and having got roots in the society is not likely to abscond or tamper with the evidence of the prosecution. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on
