JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-09-2015 Let the petitioner file an application before the Regional Director, Staff Selection Commission, Kolkata as to the reason why the petitioner despite having 77 qualifying marks has not been appointed whereas the cut-off marks for general category, even according to Annexure- 3 series, for the State of Bihar is said to be 72. On an application being filed, if the case of the petitioner is a case of some omission or oversight, appropriate remedial measures must be taken immediately or else the reason thereof must be made known to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereof. Writ application stands disposed of with the above direction.
