This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner was on bail and had gone to Gujarat for earning his livelihood but due to non-pairvi the bail bond of the petitioner has been cancelled on 08.10.2015 and he has been declared absconder by the court below on 04.05.2013. The petitioner has been arrested on 30.08.2015 and since then he is rotting in jail custody.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54910 of 2015 (3) dt.10-03-2016 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Trial No. 6500 of 2015 arising out of Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 320 of 1984, G.R. No. 2250 of 1984, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear in the case on each and every date fixed by the court below and any absence of the petitioner shall be subject to the satisfaction of the court below on reasonable grounds.
