3. Learned APP submits that name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of apprehended accused. It is next submitted that petitioner earlier was implicated in a case relating to codein for which Mahalgaon PS Case No. 387 of 2018 was instituted, but then petitioner in the instant anticipatory bail application at Para 3 has pleaded that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent which amply demonstrates that petitioner has not approached the Court with clean hands.
