Petitioners, namely, Nitesh Kumar @ Nitish Kumar and Chandan Kumar are in custody in Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No.147 of 2015 under sections 272, 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

It is alleged that from possession of both these petitioners 192 bottles of 200 ml and 48 bottles of 200 ml country made liquor was recovered.

The petitioners are in custody since 08.08.2015. Considering the nature of allegation and period of custody, I direct the petitioners named above to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial
