The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 71 of 2015 registered under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein the main allegation of abduction has been made against Dilkhush Kumar and Sudish Kumar, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner, namely, Arti Devi, who happens to be sister of Sudish Kumar, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13668 of 2016 (2) dt.31-03-2016 2/2 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S.Case No.71 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
