JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2018 I have gone through the show cause filed by the opposite parties and I find that pursuant to the order dated 06.04.2018 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 554 of 2018, the petitioner has already been reinstated in service vide resolution dated 01.08.2018 passed by the Deputy Secretary to the Government, Finance Department.

In view of the aforesaid, there is no need to proceed further in the present contempt petition, hence the same is disposed of.
