The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lachhaur P.S. Case No.97 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner along with other co-accused person is to have caused firearm injury to the son of the informant and also taken away a mobile phone belongs to the son of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case, where, petitioner is not named in the FIR and her name surfaced from her self confessional statement. It is submitted that it appears from perusal of case diary that the allegation against this petitioner is only of conspirator. It is also submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered during course of investigation against this petitioner which may connect this petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner is a lady having antecedent and she is in custody since 28.10.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and as name of this petitioner surfaced on her self confessional statement and as it appears from perusal of case diary that the allegation has been levelled against this petitioner is of conspirator, where, nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, in connection with Lachhaur P.S. Case No.97 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand)
