2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner is order-giver and it is further alleged that he caught hold of the informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that specific accusation of inflicting knife blow in the abdomen of informant is against co-accused Rohit Kumar @ Gudar Yadav. There is no allegation of overt act against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37326 of 2023(2) dt.03-08-2023 2/2 from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Bath P.S. Case No. 35 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
