The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sikty (Bardaha) P.S. Case No. 77 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that petitioner gave lathi blow at the head of the informant in course of occurrence. Submission is that occurrence took place due to irrigation of the field, in which, defence party also sustained injury, regarding which, Sikty (Bardaha) P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015 was instituted on the basis of the Fradbeyan of co-accused, Sudama Devi. It is further submitted that the allegation against the

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Court No. III, Araria, in connection with Sikty (Bardaha) P.S. Case No. 77 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
