2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 287 of 2023 registered for offences under Sections 279, 304, 304(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, in a road accident, the victim died and the vehicle from which the accident took place belongs to the petitioners.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and they have falsely been

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., East Champaran at Motihari/concerned court below in connection with Sugali P.S. Case No. 287 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
