JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 30-06-2016 The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the applicants, submits that in the light of the order dated 01.03.2016 passed by this Court, separate meetings of the equity share holders as also the unsecured creditors of the transferor company viz Hindustan Media Ventures Limited was held on 8th April, 2016 at Hotel Maurya, Patna and the Chairperson, so appointed by this Court, has submitted his two separate reports dated 18.04.2016. He next submitted that the equity share holders as also the unsecured creditors have approved the scheme of arrangement between transferor company namely Hindustan Media Ventures Limited and transferee company namely H.T.

Digital Streams Limited without any modification. Therefore, it is pleaded that the aforesaid reports of the Chairperson may be accepted.

Patna High Court COM. APPLIC No.1 of 2016 (5) dt.30-06-2016 2/2 and 79 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959, the aforesaid two reports are hereby accepted.
