The petitioner seeks rectification in subject, which has inadvertently incorporated in Registration Slip as B.C.A. instead of B.SC.-I.T., in view of his admission, continuation in classes and permission for appearing in internal examination conducted by the institution.

In that view of the matter, petitioner is directed to approach the Registrar/Controller of Examination, Patliputra University along with the registration slip and his representation within a week and the Registrar/Controller of Examination,

Patna High Court CWJC No.8880 of 2024(3) dt.02-09-2024 2/2 Patliputra University shall pass a reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously, considering that in the registration slip of the petitioner, the course name is wrongly mentioned as B.C.A. in place of B.Sc.-I.T.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
