One country made loaded Katta is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner while the petitioner along with others were making preparation for committing dacoity. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 18.09.2015 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Session Judge cum Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maniyari P.S.Case No. 206 of 2015 (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U T
