The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 492 of 2015 registered under Section 364 of Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the victim went along with his two friends went to take bath in Ganga, but he did not return and on enquiry both friends disclosed that the victim is missing. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and only suspicion has been raised.

Learned counsel for the State however submits that petitioner is instrumental in missing the victim.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54429 of 2015 (4) dt.12-02-2016 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 492 of 2015.
