Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jakkanpur P.S.Case No.227 of 2015 (Gr.No.4278 of 2015) , registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, there is allegation of embezzlement of Rs.85,67,452/- against one co-accused Satish Prasad, Cashier. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been made accused only on the basis of the suspicion, nothing specific has come against him and considering the same another co-accused (Ashok Kumar Sah @ Ashok Kumar) has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 8.10.2019

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Patna in connection with Jakkanpur P.S.Case no.227 of 2015 (Gr.No.4278 of 2015), subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
