Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the state.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Neemachandpura P.S. Case No. 75 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2018. The accusation is of recovery of several bottles of country made liquor in volume of 211 liters from tractor belonging to the petitioner and on spot Avinash Kumar and Ajit Kumar were apprehended, who disclosed the name of the person, who succeeded to flee away as Awanish Kumar. Submission is that in fact for cultivation the tractor was purchased by family in the name of the petitioner and at the

The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 26.07.2020. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Neemachandpura P.S. Case No. 75 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai.
