This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation of dowry demand and on nonfulfilment of the same daughter of the informant has been subjected to cruelty and has been killed.

It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be the mother-in-law of the deceased, is general and omnibus and the petitioner has remained in jail from 11.07.2015.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
